Those Steubenville cars were not at all like 3556 but like the  
4250-4399 cars.  There were 15 in Steubenville ... 250 to 264 built  
by Kuhlman in 1917 with double center doors and single front doors,  
and then modified as you see in in the image you attached.   There  
were different modifications, some without any center door.
