[PRCo] Atwood Street

I saw the "Watch Car Turn" sign in this 1940 photo of Atwood Street one 
block from Forbes Avenue, and wondered why it was so far back from the 
intersection of Forbes.    I am assuming this was the case as the Atwood 
inbound track moved to the curb lane just before Atwood crosses Forbes 
Ave.     I think that Atwood cars rested here for a bit before reversing 
and going back up Atwood?
