I noticed that as well.       Original email I sent is Much More Clear  
--  haven't noticed this problem before.       Anyhow, this is just a 
scan from a magazine print and the original is not all that clear but 
distinct enough to tell the herringbone pattern.       The moiré pattern 
interferes as well  --  don't know how to remove that with PS Elements  
--  other programs did that for me.

Will try a scan as a document since it is not really a photo that I am 
scanning  --  That may eliminate the moiré!       This was scanned some 
time back so don't remember the settings I used.

Incidentally, since I  AM  on this list and since I  DID  post this to 
the list, it is not necessary to CC a copy to me as then I receive two 
email and both arrive at the same time  --  I  DO  get messages through 
the list.
