I had seen this in the paper. They are slightly less than accurate when
they say that Westinghouse & Co. started the Philadelphia Company, though.
They in reality bought the vacant charter of that company and used it to do
business. Philadelphia Company was chartered in 1871 as Empire Contract
Co., I believe, and went through a name or two in between..
