There is another photo of the flood where it labeled the street as Grant 
with a bridge at the end of it that looks like one of the Three Sisters!
..
It was an accidental find  --  looked through 1,000 other thumbs // 
photos for a  Photo  I  Know  Is  There  But  CanNot  Find  and stumbled 
across this one
