[PRCo] Passing trolleys

Attached is a scan of a slide I took on July 26, 1965.  The location is the 
route 77/54 layover island on North Avenue between Federal St. and Sandusky, 
and near Allegheny General Hospital.  The view is looking east, and the 
trolley is 1436.
The yellow sign on the safety island reads:

Trolley Layover
PASS ON RIGHT
