I think it looks outbound from the future location of Morse Steps.  The
curve in the background would lead into the future Bon Air Siding.

So this would be looking north then.       At first I thought this was a
Possibility    ----    but the hillside into PRCo Bon Air drops off to
the left and here it is rising so we would need to be looking south in
this photo  --  could still be in this vicinity somewhere.

Could also be along the 38A between Castle Shannon and the siding or the
trestle and the 38 loop.       Latter is more of a continuous curve and
possibly a steeper grade.

But then it   <could>   also be along the PRCo double track section of
Overbrook as there was a hill on one side and creek on the other.
