[PRCo] Location?

  Recently saw this on eBay and was wondering where exactly this 
location is. Caption states that the dest. sign reads 55, but this 
could very well be a fan trip. I don't see any single trackage on the 
55 other than at the very end of the line in East Pittsburgh.
