Frank & Company are great photographers.       A friend of his knew path 
of the sun in Pgh. and would make private charters with that in 
mind.       Frank has also amassed quite a collection and the son, Todd, 
is a perfectionist in scanning and retouching the photos, much like John 
Bromley.       You can still probably purchase prints from Todd.
