Interesting observations, Ken! Like Poppa turning against his own 
family, isn't it -- Great For Morale, Too!

Y-E-S!!!!!!! Think all they see is $$ from the Taxi service but miss the 
fact that the increased speed will woo customers from ({[pat]}) to taxis.

Not overly worried about the second point ---- liability will still be 
the same and doubt that such an accident would be more likely on the 
busways, although speed will be greater here. Might be a Very Nice Boost 
for delivery trucks as they serve the public at large as do the buses.

HOW will all this be monitored??? Checkers will be needed or some 
electronic devices to keep track of usage -- this is an added cost. Will 
it then be cost effective??
