[PRCo] PRC Truck Maintenance

Hamley knows nothing more than I do about truck maintenance.

Remember that PRC had A, B and C levels of maintenance with each
possible item on a car that could wear out inserted in one of those
categories. Each level was mileage based. Once was probably what
anyone else would have done at a carbarn ... daily or weekly
inspection level, brush out the controllers, replace control tips,
brake shoes and the like. It went up from that.

When PRC had written off a series of cars and found they no longer
needed them, then the order went out to retire them when the highest
level of maintenance inspection came due. But I'm sure that there
was a lot at any level you could look at and ignore because it had no
affect on car performance.
