Non confidential ... regarding trolley line in Jackson Ohio

We saw pictures of this company in an ice cream parlor last Thursday

CERA Bulletin 92 issued in 1952 has one picture on page 190 of the  
Wellston and Jackson Belt Railway, which they claim was 17 1/2 miles  
long, operated by side trolley, was leased to and operated by the  
Hocking Valley Railway (which I have a strange recollection might  
have been a C&O subsidiary), and was out of service in 1915.   It  
does not appear on the 1914 railroad map of Ohio so it may have been  
out of service even earlier.
