Wonder if that is the Original Kroger(? - A&P - forget which / what 
grocery store was there) on stilts?!?!?!?!

Other photos indicate that portions of the 38 line were single track - 
same suggestion here but it looks like W.Liberty is being widened and 
maybe this portion will be double tracked as well!!
