Herb:

You (and anyone else for that matter) should know that if Ed is not  
there, stuff for him or the library can be left in custody of Tim  
Jones, the assistant librarian.   Tim is also the head of the  
transportation department.   I also have keys to the library but I'm  
not there all that often.   I will be there May 11, 12, 13, 14 and if  
you should leave them then, I can insure that they are left where Ed  
will see them.  Then, of course, we need to make arrangements to get  
them back to you.
