It's a moot point now anyway. We are up to 11" of snow and the weather report just indicated 4" to 6" more for today. All downtown Cleveland streets are barely passable and the parking lot at my building has about 8" to 10" of snow covering it. I have 4-wheel drive and I know I can go through this. It's just the "other guys" driving (and I use the word 'driving' very loosely) without a clue as to how to operate a motor vehicle in this type of weather.
   
  Will postpone my trip to Pgh for about two weeks.
