You send an e-mail to Derrick Brashear at <shadow at dementia.org>, that  
is if he didn't already pick up on your request.   If you get two  
copies of this , that is the dementia mailing and my response to your  
own address, then you will know Derrick already picked up on you.

Welcome.   Please note that some of us, myself included (and I may be  
the worst offender), treat the list as a group of long time  
friends.   I've personally met over half of the guys on the list.    
So if I find something that several of them might like, even if it  
has nothing to do with Pittsburgh, I'll put it on the list.   I have  
broad shoulders.   You may chastise me for doing so.   I am an old  
Pittsburger.   I enjoy Pittsburgh Railways but I also enjoy all the  
new operations around the world too.

Once you know you are on the list, you might introduce your self and  
tell us a little something about yourself....  Derrick can tell you  
how to find all the archived pictures and biographies about the rest  
of us.
