[PRCo] administrivia: looks like aol and yahoo are blocking list mail

At some point some spam got gatewayed through my mail server. So yahoo and 
aol blocked it. It's fixed. There's mail queued for list subscribers for 
yahoo and aol. Hopefully they'll unblock, otherwise, um, complain to your 
isps, I guess. Of course, if you are being blocked, you won't get this. 
Doh.
