That would be fine by me. May I suggest though if we were to use 2 vehicles that if someone has a set of walkie-talkies we put them to use. That way the people in both vehicles can here the narration. I like the idea of cost share though.
This may sound silly, so forgive me, but would PAT maybe charter an older bus or would it cost too much? I really think it's best when everyone is in the same vehicle. I like hearing the input of both Ed and Fred. I was priviledged to go on my first tour with Tom Phillips who knew the Charleroi line very well. The tour book he put together was a very nice touch. I'm very excited about a West Penn tour. I wasn't born yet when WPR was shut down but I'd be very interested all the same. This will be my first tour without the summer foliage.

What if we were to rent an appropriately sized vehicle for the field trips?
Would there be any objection to cost sharing here?
If we can do this, then I say bring 'em all!

The museum is a public place. Inasmuch as there will only be about five or
six list members in attendance then I would vote to include other interested
parties.

We have a small and active trolley club here in Detroit and a number of the
fellows have expressed interest in doing a PTM trip. I though this might be
a good excuse for that... but I think it would be better to keep this a list
only excursion.
If the club wants to do PTM I'll arrange that for next spring or?
