So five cities out of how many hundred now use proof of payment. I guess that sets us far apart from the 'mainstream' of public transit authorities.

Los Angeles (Metro Rail), Portland (MAX), the San Diego Trolley, and
NJ Transit light rail (River Line and Newark, at least) all use POP.
