[PRCo] NMRA National Convention winners

Today my Scale Rails, the NMRA rag, arrived with coverage of the convention
in Detroit, so I started a quick scan for information on the Bachmann Peter
Witt car.  Instead of that car I noticed that Howard Andrew's PRCo 3812 won
second place in the traction category.  Now who in the heck would have
beaten out Howard for first place - none other than Howard hisself with
differential dump M551.  Congratulations Howard.

Now, how did you make the cabs for the dump car?
