At 3.30-PM Pacific Daylight Time DW-TV will broadcast info on subways in 
Germany where Classical Music will be played 24X7 on all Subways and in 
all Stations to hopefully drive off the "junkies" etc. and accomplish 
that which the police have been unable to... Well,... Accomplish.
