[PRCo] Re: Pittsburgh dump car

Here's a few photos of the Dump I built.  I took lots of photos of 551 at
PTM to help with the construction.
I did do a how-to on building this for Trolley Talk but I'm not sure when
it's going to be printed.

2nd place was my model of PRC's 3812, I've included a photo of that.
