The Cleveland Press. The Press was an old newspaper in Cleveland which went out of business in the early 1980s. All their photos went to the Cleveland Public Library.

I don't believe this photo has been posted before. It is PRCo PCC 1095 on 
display in Cleveland at Public Square in 1938. The man on the left is 
Anthony Coyne, a Conductor for Cleveland Railway Company. The car is painted 
in the Light Green/Dark Green/White/Gray design by Raymond Lowey, a well 
known Industrial Designer of that era.
