88 Transit is a subcontractor for Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority.  Check front panel of Pittsburgh schedule.  Also link below:

Likewise, Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation contracts with Edenfield Stages and Brownsville Bus, plus operates the Pittsburgh service themselves.  Pottstown Rapid Transit also subcontracts.  So do several of the TMA operations in the Philadelphia area.
