It is Black Diamond. Look at the house on the hill. These are probably the steps that are still there today on the dead end that is Trolley Ln.

Attached are two photos (one file) of 1703 somewhere on Charleroi. I got
these from John Baxter when he left Pittsburgh in the 1970s, but never was
certain of the location. The house on the hill should help.
First guess was Black Diamond, but the stairs don't seem to fit. Why would
you need them if you can walk in from the road?
Any opinions?
