If I am not mistaken, many of those buses were sold in 1953 to  
Community Transit and served out their days running from Pittsburgh  
to its southwestern suburbs in the same paint.   I was told that one  
of them wound up on Blue Ridge Lines as a replacement for the  
Hagerstown and Frederick (Potomac Edison) Thurmont - Frederick  
interurban car in 1954, and that it had a baggage door added.   I  
have never seen a picture of it.   Could just be one of those urban  
rumors.
