It might have cut more than 2 mins off the schedule on peak runs. But it
can't have been much more, because there wasn't a huge difference between
peak and off-peak run times. Even with the busway, rush hour 28Xs can
still get caught in Downtown traffic, and you can't write a schedule around
the worst case.

OK, now you've made me dig out the box of PAT schedules that I haven't
opened since I moved...

Inbound from airport, weekday:
3/12/2000 schedule:
  lv Airport arr CMU time
  5:37a 6:34 :57
  7:07a 8:09 :62
  3:07p 4:10p :63
(Also :63 until 5pm, then less)
  12:08a 1:00a :52

9/10/2000 schedule ("West Busway Open"):
  lv Airport arr CMU time
  5:39a 6:34 :55
  7:11a 8:09 :58
  3:11p 4:10 :59
(Also :59 until 4:40p, then less)
  12:08a 1:00 :52

4 minutes less at peak. But maybe they tightened the schedule after
experience with the route?

9/4/2005 schedule:
  lv Airport arr CMU time
  5:43a 6:38 :55
  7:27a 8:25 :58
  3:06p 4:08 1:02
  12:08a 1:00 :52

Doesn't look like it.
