Hold on a minute, Ed seems to be saying that he has copies. If you were to have 
time for the scanning, perhaps he would lend them to you. I don't know how 
exhaustive is Penn State's map collection, but it's possible they don't even 
have this particular edition. And by the next one, the interurban line had been 
erased.

Speaking of maps:

I mentioned my handful of PenDOT county maps from the 1970s. These are very 
good at showing railroads, even abandoned ones, even ones never completed. I 
wonder if those from the 1940s are as good. The maps of Allegheny, Washington, 
Westmoreland, Butler, Fayette &c, if available somewhere, could be a splendid 
source.
