Subject: [PRCo] image question


As I was browsing a few weeks ago, I cam across a photo of Pittsburgh Railways 1795 signed for Route 6 Brighton Road in a heavy snow.
I cannot seem to remember where I found it and I was impressed with the color of the car as it stood out against all of the white.

Can any of you help me locate this image and/or tell me anything more about it?  I can make some assumptions, but it is always nice to "get the full story".
