1655 looks particularly nice;  when enlarged to original size is quite 
clear!!

1727 is on a flat car in the East St. Louis PRR yard on 1949.03.05    
----    in 2 more days she will be in Pittsburgh but another week until 
in service  --  1949.03.14.

Date Not Given for 3808 and   M-u-c-h   can be  'assumed'    ----    
pre-PCC days   O-R   all the otherwise visible  PCCs  are out on the 
road for rush hour which Could explain the larger number of low-floors 
still in the yard!!!
.
4375 on the ladder on  04--July__1948  with the only  PCCs  invading 
this territory being the 1601-series Interurbans.
