F8 was built by St. Louis Car in 1903 and was originally Washington & 
Canonsburg 202 and was subsequently numbered 3552 before being converted 
to Freight Motor-8; it was converted to plow in September of 1943 and 
scrapped on 1961.10.11.       The shape of the plow is Not Unlike what 
we saw on PCC_M1276  --  a wedge shape, so there is a precedent 
here!!!       But this on looks like it flexes at the wedge.       It 
would seem that a flat surface would act more like a bettering ram which 
would compact snow against it  --  the scoop shape folds the snow over 
in front and keeps it from compacting while being pushed away.
