[PRCo] Watch Car Turn

Would driving kids today even know what "Watch Car Turn" means or meant?
Here's a scene in Oakland, looking east down Fifth Avenue, at Atwood 
Street, in 1933.    The buildings to the right of the Safety Island, the 
Medical Arts Building and the Bank building, are still there.  Those 
across the street have been replaced by Children's Hospital.
