Not as good as hoped for. Your enlargement does help some.

First off, the photo doesn't deliver everything it promises: the Monongahela 
bridge and incline are both beyond the right margin. But you can barely make 
out the westward curve of the Panhandle Bridge's south approach. The road 
snaking up on the right is Sycamore Street, vanishing at the top where it 
doubles back to the right. The line of houses farther up the hill mark, I 
suppose, the line of Wyoming Street, while on the left William Street climbs 
from the other direction.

I suppose probably the line of Sycamore Street points directly to the level 
ground of the P&CS's triangular junction at the tunnel mouth, though that looks 
lower on the picture relative to the top of the incline than I would have 
expected, even when seen from our much lower viewpoint. I search in vain for 
any sign of the tunnel - perhaps it is obscured by a hillside.
