THEY'RE BACK AT Callowhill Depot
ON Monday, January 22, 2007 with the first pull out of the day, route
15 will have the PCC II cars back running. Brookeville has inspection
all the cars torque arms and replace any torque arms that wear crack.
Brookeville will also start to make a new heavy-duty torque arm.
This was a smart move by SEPTA to pull the line when they had the
first problem on Friday night, rather be safe then sorry. Yes I just
said SEPTA did something smart. (LOL)
Just in case you don't know what a torque arm is, it holds the motor
in place, four motors four torque arms.
