Not really that many. I've been to and rode PCC's in:  Boston, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Philadelphia Suburban (not licensed PCC's), Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Shaker Heights, Toronto and Washington DC. Most of the PCC routes in various cities had long been converted to bus by the time I was old enough to get out and travel on my own.
