It has a pole on it for the moment.  Pantographs are verboten with our overhead.  Did it ever have a pole?  I don't know.  Some of the 4000s did, but I wasn't paying any attention at that point in time.  It had to do with a house full of young children!

I can't imagine Grumpy (Scott) letting anybody run that car under HIS overhead with the wire set up for trolley poles! :-)

And putting a trolley pole on the 4004 would be altering history, right? ;-)
