The explanation about the five paint schemes, from the late Joe McCarthy, from our own Harold G. and from Paul Weyrich is as following:

Toronto paint scheme: To represent the cars' original owner.

Chicago paint scheme: Chosen because Chicago was the closest city to Kenosha to use PCCs.

Cincinnati paint scheme: Uses the team colors of the Green Bay Packers.

Pittsburgh paint scheme: Uses the team colors of the University of Wisconsin's flagship campus, Madison.

Johnstown paint scheme: Closest original PCC paint scheme to Milwaukee's orange and cream of TMER&T/M&ST days.
