Subject: Monessen JCT ca 1923


This picture is of the annual Memorial service at North Charleroi's =
first Honor Roll. Crowds were thinning out since 1920. The honor roll =
supports were destroyed  by a building fire beneath. The honor roll was =
then moved to the school building entrance and from there it vanished =
forever.

The Westside  turnouts remained in the street until the end of PRco =
service. They were cut off square right where they went straight after =
the bridge floor replacement. Likewise they remained in the Belle Vernon =
JCT side of the bridge. ( I presume the JCT name here).
