THOSE ARE THE SAME VIBRATIONS I'VE BEEN GETTING ... SAME KIND OF  
HOODS AS I HAVE TO DRIVE THROUGH TO GET TO MY BARBERSHOP EVERY TWO  
WEEKS.   It used to be that Reading and Philadelphia were bad.    
We've had gangland two shootings in Lancaster (population 54,000)  
this week and one was in a good neighborhood.

I suspect that, though the neighborhood is bad, the same rules apply  
that apply here.   The druggies are probably sleeping until two  
o'clock.   So take the pictures in the morning and get the hell out  
of there by lunch time.   Reasonable advise, Jim?
