OK guys, here is the story on the signal manual. 
It is 31 pages printed on high quality paper with cardstock front and back covers which are laminated. The book must also be bound. I take my binding work to either Staples or Office Max. Sometimes Office Max will let me bind my own items, hence no binding charge. The printing is done here in my home office on my HP printer. I also do the laminating here at home. It is good looking and well done, as is everything I do under my business name of High Energy Productions, Ltd. 

Now, all this does not come free. Ink, paper, cardstock, laminate material and binding costs plus shipping are involved.

If anyone still wants one, email me offlist at hrbran at sbcglobal.net and I will tell you the cost. There will be no profit to me involved for list members who want a copy. However, I must charge for the materials and shipping. My time will be given at no cost.
