The buses have been paid for.
The maps and related trip items have been printed.

A couple people are preparing additional handouts.

I'm going to Florida.


A couple questions have surfaced.  One is whether participants should be
assessed for printing and other costs.  The other, from PTM's Educator, is
whether we would entertain additional passengers on the field trips.  They
would be active PTM members and would pay their shares of the buses.  I
think the answer to both is "yes" but would entertain violent objections!

We will be out of here by 10 tomorrow morning...see you all on the 15th at
about 9:30 at PTM!!!
