The photo shows a span with hangers near the front of the 1010 --
hangers are insulated. This is Trolley Coach overhead shared by
TrolleyCars. *--Forward--* of this is a Feeder for the Return
-- ALL of the feeder is insulated AND it is about 2-feet above the
trolley wires -- look at the far side and this can be plainly seen.
A drop from the Feeder to the negative curbside wire is evident on both
sides of the street. There is Far More Than Ample clearance
between the wires.
