Commission, Stephan Louis, an individual residing at 6120 Tulane in
Cincinnati, Ohio, was found guilty of violating Ohio's law against
making false statements to affect the outcome of an election
campaign, specifically Section 3517.22 (B) (1) "Unfair activities in
issue campaign" including the finding that Louis violated Ohio
law "knowingly and with intent to affect the outcome of such
campaign." The finding was "by the Ohio Revised Code's Standard of
Clear and Convincing Evidence." Though he had the opportunity, Louis
never appealed his guilt.

So Mr. Louis is a convicted liar.
