Isn't the Charlotte Trolley moving to another site??  
 
There were also delays with the multi-million rehab of a couple miles of the Charlotte Trolley right of way around 2002.  Any background on that???
 
Also, the project manager for the light rail project - didn't CATS fire them?? Wasn't it Parsons?  Any background on that???
