UNLIKE SOME OF PTMS EARLIER EFFORTS, THIS ONE COMES VERY CLOSE TO  
WHAT MY BIASED MEMORY TELLS ME IS PITTSBURGH RAILWAYS YELLOW.   It  
had a lot more yellow in it than the West Penn orange.   My mind also  
wants to remember that work cars had more orange than the low- 
floors.  But there are not too many of us old farts left to argue ...  
Ellis, Fred, maybe Dietrich, and maybe only a couple of us saw fresh  
paint.
