And the defective armature or field coil could possibly be removed  
from 24 if someone wanted to take the time.   I think they both have  
a variant of 1433 motors and perhaps only the case and motor mounting  
hardware are different.    That would at least keep some loon from  
trying to run 14 and 24 in multiple and goosing the demand charges.
