When Boris visited USA and he and fws toured Boston, the TrolleyCar 
Operators  Themselves  called the  *GeeseStoppos*  as they photographed 
from Very Public Locations Not At All on the MBTA property  --  can't 
tell the motives of another person but this is certainly suspicious  --  
more like self-agrandizement than any interest in stopping 
terrorists~!~!~!~!
