[PRCo] Pittsburgh Day Cards

Jim Holland recently inquired about PRCo day cards...whether I could scan
one and post it to the list.  The answer, of course, is "Certainly!"  I've
also included a Port Authority version of the form.  The two are scanned
together, fronts and backs.
