Outstanding!
I don't remember ever seeing a low floor Pittsburgh car looking so orange. 
As we've discussed, even in the 1940s, after 20 years of weathering,  we 
always called them "yellow" cars.

For comparison to 4398's orange state today, attached are a couple of photos 
I took at PTM in August when it was still wearing red primer.
