Robert I agree with you, the low floors that operated between
Donora and Riverview were "noisy", I always thought the 3800s
looked and floated along more like a RR passenger car, the first
time on a Charleroi 1700 Series PCC was like riding in a car of
tomorrow!   Oh to have that opportunity today, sorry for all of
you on line who never experienced riding the Charleroi Interurban (over the trestles) or riding a low floor thru the
valley.
